The CORE® Method is a structured process of organizational optimization and transformation that integrates engineering, strategy, and conscious leadership.
Its goal is to take your company or team from operational chaos to efficiency, profitability, and scalability, generating measurable and sustainable results.

The process lasts four weeks and includes four strategic coaching sessions to integrate technical vision with human leadership.

In this phase, a complete view of the current status of the operation is obtained.
We evaluate processes, technology, teams, and organizational culture to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks that limit performance.
We apply methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean Analysis to define the critical KPIs that will guide improvement.

  • Diagnostic report with gap matrix.

  • Map of critical processes and points for improvement.

  • Initial dashboard of indicators (KPIs).

ORDER – Structure and efficiency

With the information obtained from the diagnosis, we designed a clear and efficient operational structure.
We apply Lean and Kaizen principles to eliminate waste, redefine flows, and optimize communication between areas.
We establish project management methodologies or agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs) to ensure pace, transparency, and shared responsibility.

You will get:

  • Blueprint of “as-is / to-be” processes.

  • Roles and Responsibilities Matrix.

  • Agile process and scheduling board, or Gantt chart with task planning as applicable.

RETURN – Optimization and growth

Once the structure is in place, we drive profitability and sustainable growth.
We implement improvements that increase production capacity, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
We combine financial analysis (CAPEX/OPEX/ROI) with executive coaching to strengthen decision-making and strategic leadership.

You will get:

  • Optimization plan with 6-month goals.

  • Economic impact report (expected ROI).

  • Monitoring reports vs. defined KPIs.

EXPANSION – Sustainability and Scalability

The final stage consolidates growth and ensures its continuity over time.
We design replicable systems that allow you to maintain quality and productivity while scaling.
We promote a culture of continuous improvement and conscious leadership, along with a 6-month to 1-year strategic plan.
