Tahis Kaypa
Strategic Leader and Consultant in Business and Professional Evolution

My story begins with a courageous decision: at a very young age, I moved alone to the capital of my country, Colombia, to study Electronic Engineering, breaking new ground and embarking on a career traditionally dominated by men. It wasn't easy, but I've since understood that growing up means leaving your comfort zone and forging a path with conviction.
My first professional chapter was written among industrial drawings, automation systems, and power plants at an oil refinery in my hometown of Cartagena. I oversaw critical facilities, led field crews, and was responsible for complex operations in sectors where there was no room for error. That stage taught me precision, responsibility, and the power of making things work from the ground up.
Over time, my vision expanded. I went from performing technical tasks to leading multicultural teams, optimizing regional operations, and structuring organizations from within. I learned that technical skills aren't enough without a clear strategy, and that real efficiency comes when processes, people, and purpose are aligned.
In 2022, I responded to a new calling: to evolve from within. I became certified as an Ontological Coach at Julio Olalla's school, a world leader in transformational leadership. This training provided me with powerful tools to support not only companies but also leaders and professionals in profound change processes. That same year, I decided to take another step forward: I moved to Miami, where I pursued and completed my Master's in Business Administration and Management. It was a time of personal growth, global connection, and consolidation of my vision as a strategic consultant.
I have a special talent: I organize chaos, give structure to vision, and translate goals into real-world action. I combine complex engineering strategies with advanced technical concepts, while also integrating a deep understanding of psychology, which I am currently developing through my professional training. I am currently expanding my psychological vision and pursuing further studies in psychology, with the goal of becoming one of the few electronics engineers on the market with a psychological and human approach applied to industrial and technological processes.
Today I assist growing companies and evolving professionals seeking clarity, structure, and direction. Through operational consulting, project leadership, and personalized mentoring, I design solutions that integrate technical, human, and strategic aspects.
Because real growth doesn't happen by accident.
It is built from within, with courage, vision and purpose.
