The CORE® Diagnostic is a technical and strategic assessment designed to identify the bottlenecks that limit your company's efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
We apply methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping to identify root causes, understand their operational consequences, and assess their financial impact.
The process takes 2 weeks from the date of purchase of the service.
During this time, a detailed analysis of your processes, equipment, and workflows is conducted, combining engineering tools with strategic vision.
1
Strategy and Professional Management Sessions
The service includes two executive sessions designed to align leadership vision with operational strategy:

Visual representation of the processes analyzed, highlighting:
Congestion points, reprocessing and waste.
Relationships between areas or systems that affect performance.
4
Causes and Consequences Matrix
Tool that shows how bottlenecks affect productivity, quality, costs, or customer experience. Includes TOC, Lean, and cause-and-effect analysis.
